Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. As Sevore London, we respect your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, and we make your return and exchange processes easier.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)
- For online purchases, you have the unconditional right to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product/service must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
- To accept your return request, the product must be sent together with the invoice and the return form
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns/exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
- Products such as underwear, swimwear, or leggings where the tags have been removed or the item has been used due to hygiene reasons.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
3. Exchange Conditions
- Depending on stock availability, you may request a size or model exchange instead of a return.
- Exchange shipping costs may be covered by the brand or the customer depending on stock and campaign conditions. This information is provided at the time of order.
4. Return Process
- Submit your return request via [email/phone].
- Send the product to us using the return code provided, via free/agreed shipping method.
- Once the product reaches us, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- For purchases made by credit card, the reflection of the refund on your statement may take several days depending on your bank.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
- If the product you received is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping cost will be fully covered by us.
- The product will be replaced with a new one, or a refund will be issued upon your request.
6. In-Store Purchases
- The right of withdrawal is not mandatory for purchases made from physical stores. However, as part of our customer satisfaction policy, exchanges may be applied depending on stock availability and upon presentation of the receipt.
