1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the parties whose information is provided below, under the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products (“Product/Products”) sold by the Seller to the Buyer through the Seller’s website, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and are informed about all the information regarding the basic qualities of the Product, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed such information electronically.

4. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The purchased product(s), sales price, and payment details are specified in the order confirmation. The order confirmation is an integral part of this Agreement.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer and shall not exceed the statutory period of 30 days.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send a written notice to the Seller’s contact information.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

7.1. The Product returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back to the Seller complete and undamaged, together with the invoice and all accessories.
7.2. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering the Product free from defects, in accordance with the requested specifications, and within the scope of warranty.
8.2. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the Product before accepting delivery and to request a report from the courier in cases where the Product is damaged.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The parties agree that the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from this Agreement.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer confirms electronically that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
